Commercial Lead NB to ENERCON

We are seeking a Commercial Lead to oversee our Nordic & Baltics subregion - someone who combines strong business acumen, curiosity, and a relationship-driven approach to help propel our business forward.
In this key role, you will have a great impact in driving our strategy across the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing plans and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will join a dynamic environment where innovation, accountability, and collaboration are central to everything we do.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Profit and Loss review between Service Operations and After Sales (Customer and contract teams)
  • Main contact point for commercial and cost-related questions for the Service function in the sub-region, also including collaboration with Sales and Controlling
  • Leading the budgeting work in the sub-region and responsible for the follow-up (governance) of budgeted vs actualized cost with the Business Units in the sub-region
  • Management reporting and analysis on cost and contractual profitablity to guide decision making
  • Supporting the organization with Business Cases
  • Developing processes, standard operating procedures and ways of working within Service
  • Driving cost saving and efficiency initiatives
  • Personnel and functional responsibility for the Administration team
  • Supporting the business and support functions on invoice and cost control topics

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business or Economics
  • Analytical skills, excellent understanding of numbers and ablity to connect the dots
  • Familiar with budgeting and performance metrics
  • Risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Problem solving and decision-making
  • Self-starting and initiative-taking mentality, ability to organize work for self and others
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language

 

Experience and Competence

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work and leadership experience
  • Proven track record in budgeting, governance and KPI follow-up, contract negotiations, project management, strategic planning and cross-functional leadership
  • Leadership and relationship building experience and skills
