As our new HR Operations Specialist, you will support colleagues across the full employee lifecycle and ensure that our HR operations run smoothly, professionally and with a human touch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow in HR, contribute to meaningful work, and be part of a team that truly values collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will partner closely with our local HR Business Partners and our Service Excellence Hub to create a seamless, consistent and high‑quality HR experience for all employees.

Your tasks:

Drive Learning & Development Operations:

  • Organize all logistics for L&D events—rooms, catering, setup and smooth execution.

Ensure High-Quality HR Administration & Data Management:

  • Oversee time tracking and time management processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries with professionalism and timely support.
  • Process resignations and keep HR systems accurate and compliant.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including country/regional welcome days.
  • Administer employee surveys and support reporting.
  • Maintain correct position and role assignments in our HR systems.

Support the Full Employee Lifecycle:

  • Initiate, extend or end engagements for contingent workers.
  • Prepare employer documents such as reference letters, employment confirmations and A1 forms.
  • Support contract management and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate HR measures for life events including births, weddings and service anniversaries.
  • Handle internal and external secondary employment requests.
  • Partner with both local HR and our Service Excellence Hub to deliver a consistent and exceptional HR service.

Who you are:

You will be great in this role if you:

  • Bring experience from HR administration.
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented and love bringing clarity and quality into processes.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset.
  • Are comfortable working with digital tools and HR systems.
  • Enjoy teamwork but can also take ownership and drive tasks independently.
  • Are proactive, curious and eager to grow within HR.

What we offer:

  • A collaborative HR team filled with expertise, energy and a supportive mindset.
  • A varied role where you get exposure to many HR areas and real opportunities to develop.
  • The chance to influence how we shape our employee experience and strengthen our organizational culture.
  • A dynamic workplace where structure, kindness and continuous improvement go hand in hand.

Your qualifications:

  • A formal education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Proficiency in SAP or another major HRIS system.
  • Full professional fluency in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of another Nordic language is considered a strong advantage.
