ENERCON North America is looking to expand its Human Resources team, based in downtown Montreal, and is seeking an experienced and bilingual HR Business Partner to support its operations across Canada.

This strategic role will play a key part in supporting our wind farm installation project management and maintenance service divisions. We are looking for a professional with expertise in human resources management and organizational development, who thrives in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

HR Support for Operations

  • Advise and support managers in the application of HR policies, including disciplinary management and labour relations.
  • Coordinate and manage annual HR processes, such as performance management, salary reviews, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee recruitment processes and the integration of new employees.
  • Manage national and international mobility for employees involved in ENERCON projects.

Organizational Development

  • Lead talent reviews and succession planning to ensure the development of key employees.
  • Serve as the key user for performance management in the region, ensuring the implementation and continuous improvement of best practices.
  • Develop and implement leadership development initiatives tailored to the organization's needs.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with global and local HR teams to align practices and optimize processes.
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to efficiently manage HR processes.
  • Maintain field presence (up to 30% travel) to better understand operational realities and support managers effectively

Ideal Profile:

  • University degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
  • Member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR), a significant asset.
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, essential for collaborating with internal clients across all Canadian provinces.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; SAP SuccessFactors is an asset.
  • Excellent adaptability and ease in navigating a matrix organization and a constantly evolving environment.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels and positively influence strategic decisions.
  • Availability for site and/or international travel (approximately 30%).
