I tuoi compiti:

  • Creating offers for follow-up service contracts  for existing Wind Farms
  • Negotiation and drafting of service contracts for the region South Europe (Spain Portugal, Italy, Greece), from the offer phase to the contract signature
  • Negotiation and drafting of contract variations (Amendments / Novations) for the region South Europe (Spain Portugal, Italy, Greece), from the offer phase to the contract signature
  • Negotiation of frame agreements with utilities and other international big players in the renewable field
  • Supporting Sales Department during negotiation of new service contracts as well as during frame contract negotiation for existing or new customers
  • Response to international tenders for the service topics involving one of the countries belonging to South Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece)
  • Commercial check of availability calculations for the region (task shared among all contract managers)
  • Contractual check for the exchange of main components activities in the region (task shared among all contract managers)
  • Handling of claims from and to the customers in cooperation with the After Sales Managers
  • Service products presentations for customers
  • Support and trainings to After Sales, Sales and Service Departments for contractual matters and during implementation strategy into new markets scenarios.
  • Process co-owner in reference to contract offer / negotiation and signature
  • Implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that supports After Sales e.g. contracts’ expiry dates, margins, etc.
  • Reporting of relevant KPIs
  • Point of contact/interface for internal organization/departments in regards of customer requests related to service contract and pricing
  • Supporting complex customer meetings
  • Occasional presence at trade and industrial fairs

Le tue qualifiche:

  • University Degree in Business Management or Engineering (electrical/Mechanical) or law school degree
  • >5 years in International Aftersales, Sales or procurement

  • Assertiveness,  Decision-making ability, Cross-cultural competence, Flexibility, Ability to communicate, Sense of responsibility, Good comprehension, Team minded, Able to work under pressure, Ability to deal with unclear information situations, Independent work style and pro activeness, Empathy and ability to handle conflicts

  • Fluency in Italian and Eglish is a must
