Team Lead Load & Reliability Optimization (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the group and motivation of employees

  • Carrying out operational planning for the group in consultation with the department management

  • Supporting department management in operational and strategic planning for the department

  • Continuous methodological, personnel and structural development of the group

  • Ensuring compliance with company regulations, processes and guidelines by group members

  • Group resource planning for relevant projects and activities

  • Regular reporting on the reliability of the wind turbine fleet to the R&D departments, including the derivation of action areas for increasing reliability

  • Initiation and implementation of projects to optimise WTG reliability

  • Solving load problems in the WTG fleet and load optimisation on existing WTGs


Your Qualifications

  • Dipl. Ing. or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control engineering, physics, mathematics or similar
  • Experience in site simulation / site suitability testing for wind turbines or reliability analysis 
  • Experience in technical project management and basic knowledge of business administration
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, ability to work in a team and a solution-orientated way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
