Main responsibilities:

• Plan the inspections and prepare necessary tools and materials for the work
• Perform planned preventive maintenance
• Perform diagnostics and repairs of faulted components, mechanical and electrical
• Check the central lubrication system
• Examine the transmission elements
• Perform preventive inspection inside and outside of the blades, by telescope and wired camera
• Track time, tools, parts, daily logs and all ENERCON assets on a daily basis
• Write intervention reports in the SAP system
• Use various precision instruments (metrology) provided according to the instructions
• Completing all daily tasks while adhering strictly to ENERCONs quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Electrical or electromechanical or wind turbine maintenance technician training program
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Be available on call on weekends for rotating shifts

Competencies:

• Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of electrical safety
• Ability to read and apply work instructions / circuit diagrams
• Have basic knowledge of Lockout procedures
• Demonstrate understanding of personal protective equipment (PPE)
