Field Area Manager Service Support

Sibenik, HR, 22000

Onsite / Hybrid / Remote:  Hybrid (< 50% remote)

Your Responsibilities

  • Disciplinary and professional leadership of field service technicians
  • Daily exchange with service technicians at your assigned station, including ongoing performance monitoring
  • Conducting appraisal and feedback meetings, including derivation of suitable development measures
  • Developing your team and ensuring an optimal team structure for efficient order processing
  • Conducting safety briefings and ensuring compliance with all occupational safety standards, including accident analyses
  • Ensuring full compliance with legal requirements
  • Identifying training needs and organizing the participation in internal and external trainings
  • Reporting to the management and deriving actions from relevant KPIs
  • Ensuring transparent communication through regular team and fitter meetings
  • Close coordination and collaboration with various departments and other subregions
  • Planning and organizing travel activities for the service team working abroad

 

Your Qualifications

  • Completed technical education; a background in mechatronics or electrical engineering is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of professional experience; leadership experience is a strong advantage
  • Advanced English skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work abroad
  • Confident handling of common computer systems
  • Confident and empathetic personality with strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a structured, independent, and professional working approach
  • High level of flexibility and stress resilience
