Senior Engineer -quality assurance

Your tasks:

• Check at external supplier’s facility that quality of the rotor blade is according to Employer’s specifications and technical standards
• Monitor the performance of services and conditions in the division
• Monitor compliance with Employer’s specifications and requirements in the division
• Interface/point of contact for ENERCON (central departments in Germany and Management in India)
• Point of contact for external supplier regarding support on
• Planning and organising smooth production run in the division in coordination with upstream and downstream production areas
• Preparing weekly work schedules and shift schedules for the division
• Monitoring, controlling and constantly optimising production processes in the division
• Keeping deadlines and reaching quality and budget targets and objectives in the division
• Coordinating required manpower in and preparing deployment plans  in cooperation with the supervising function for the division
• Attending periodic production meetings

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor (Bachelor’s degrees / Diploma , e.g. from an institution of higher education, university, technical university, university of applied sciences or vocational academy)
