JUNIOR HRBP - SPAIN (F/M/D)

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide first level support on HR processes, policies and practices in the areas of:
  • HR Operations, including international assignments.
  • HR Governance, including corporate policies and industrial relations. 
  • Talent Acquisition and Management, including employer branding.
  • HR Analytics.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes, policies and practices in Spain.
• Act as a point of contact for ENERCON employees in Spain

Your Profile:

• Highly reliable and with strong job ownership.
• People and processes oriented.
• Open minded and problem solving attitudes.
• Willingness and initiative to learn and to actively contribute.
• Educational background in the areas of human resources, labour law, psychology.
• Experience abroad or in a multicultural environment is an asset. Advanced English is a must.
• IT skilled (MS office environment). User experience with SAP HR modules is an asset.
• Previous professional experience as HR Generalist is an asset.
