Your Tasks
- Responsible for defining, standardizing, and optimizing procurement processes globally to ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and strategic sourcing alignment;
- Develop and maintain global procurement process standards and policies;
- Drive process harmonization across regions and business units;
- Collaborate with category managers and suppliers to ensure strategic sourcing alignment;
- Partner with IT to enable digital procurement solutions and automation;
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field;
- Good English (spoken and written);
- Experience in global procurement and process optimization;
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
- Familiarity with ERP systems and e-procurement tools.
