Purpose of the Role 

Ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all electrical installations, supporting factory operations through the development and maintenance of reliable electrical infrastructure for industrial equipment and processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as Technical Responsible for Electrical Installations (TREIE) for assigned sites;
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and safety requirements;
  • Perform inspections, testing, and technical assessments of electrical installations; 
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities (e.g. DGEG); 
  • Supervise and validate electrical maintenance activities; 
  • Ensure reliability and safety of medium- and low-voltage systems (MV/LV), transformers, substations, panels, and protections; 
  • Support electrical needs for new and existing industrial equipment; 
  • Design and size electrical panels, protections, and distribution systems; 
  • Assess load requirements and ensure system capacity and stability; 
  • Coordinate and monitor execution of electrical installations; 
  • Ensure proper integration of new equipment into existing infrastructure; 
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams during installation and ramp-up; 
  • Support electrical scope in infrastructure and construction projects; 
  • Coordinate electrical works with civil activities; 
  • Interface with internal stakeholders and external contractors; 
  • Monitor energy consumption and support energy efficiency initiatives.

 

Requirements 

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering; 
  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical environments;  
  • Hands-on experience with industrial installations and power distribution systems (MV/LV);  
  • Solid knowledge of electrical design, equipment sizing, and applicable regulations (TREIE);
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (technical drawing software);
  • Experience with SAP is a plus;
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel;  
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;  
  • TREIE certification or eligibility to obtain it;  
  • Experience in manufacturing, project execution, or construction environments is a plus;  
  • Knowledge of energy management systems and practices is a plus;  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • High level of responsibility with a focus on compliance and safety;  
  • Proactive, hands-on approach;  
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
