Professional Internship (12 months)
Key Objectives
The Intern will support the Human Resources Department in its daily administrative activities, contributing to the effective functioning of HR processes and facilitating a first professional integration into a corporate environment.
- Understanding the administrative functioning of the HR department and providing support in day‑to‑day HR activities;
- Managing and maintaining employee personal files, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements, and adherence to deadlines;
- Gaining practical experience in SAP HR data management, including data entry, updates, time management activities, and validation of data accuracy;
- Developing knowledge in the creation, management, and follow‑up of legal and functional documentation related to global mobility, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal timelines;
- Supporting and actively participating in the continuous improvement of HR procedures, identifying opportunities for simplification and optimization of administrative processes.
Requirements / Desired Qualifications
- 12th year of schooling, technical or professional education, or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Strong interest in the administrative area of Human Resources;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word;
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, will be considered an advantage;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage documentation efficiently;
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- High sense of confidentiality and professional ethics, due to handling sensitive personal data.
